Scottville in the Snow

After not having much in the way of winter, we sure are getting some now! This is Scottville as I passed through at 9:30 this morning. It was 18 degrees.

And look what I caught on the bank sign. It says "GREAT."

Oh, it's is very pretty! :) We finally got snow here too and it 's nice to see it all white and pretty. I can hear my gardens sighing with relief.

Oh my we have been in the upper 60's here. I like snow but not enough to live where it snows all winter long anymore.

You got a great picture. I am back and trying to get caught up with everyone.

Thanks for dropping over while I was on my little hiatus!

Happy week! :-)

That's great, all right. Snow, anyway.

It looks like a scene from a picture book. I used to love that kind of weather, but not as much in recent years.

I downloaded the photo and made it my desktop photo....It will help me prepare to readjust to "real" winters again!

Great? Great SCOTT, maybe...

It's pretty to look at, but I'm glad to be looking at it in your picture, and not seeing it by looking out my picture window.

Brrr. It was 70 degrees here today. I don't even think my car would start in 18 degree weather. It is pretty though...

Lin- yes we are so far behind the amount of precip we should have had, we need it or it will be another record dry year

Jackie- I don't think I could bear to live where there isn't snow

vanilla- I know, you run away from it

Chuck- maybe not so much fun if it makes you ache

Ann- aww, but it's so pretty

Loretta! That is too funny.

Susan- enjoy the view! Thanks for stopping by

John- 18 is pretty tolerable. It's 4 right now.

You lucky dogs are slated for what appears to be a massive amount of snow over the next 48 hours. Enjoy!
